Job summary

Valatam is hiring an Operations & Project Associate in a fully remote role. You will independently manage operational tasks, coordinate projects, and keep workflows running smoothly for global clients.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years of experience in operations or project coordination and is fluent in English and Spanish, with strong communication and attention to detail. Proficiency in project management tools and Google Workspace is a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (C1/C2) and Spanish.
• 3–4 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or related role.
• Ability to follow structured processes and perform repetitive tasks accurately.
• Experience with project management tools is a plus.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Document and improve existing processes, identify gaps and keep records up to date.
• Manage and organize files in Google Drive, build and maintain folder structures.
• Perform data entry and generate internal reports, flag inconsistencies and suggest corrections.
• Manage client and vendor emails, draft responses and follow up independently.
• Conduct research and synthesize findings into clear documents or summaries.
• Coordinate and track project tasks across cross-functional teams and prioritize deadlines.
• Other related tasks as needed.
