Valatam is hiring a Logistics & Operations Assistant in a 100% remote, full-time role. You will support Operations, Billing, and Customer Communication with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM PST. Requirements include bilingual English/Spanish, 2–5 years in operations or admin roles, and proficiency with project management tools and CRM/ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (C1/C2).
• 2–5 years in operations, administrative support, or customer-facing roles.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with project management tools is a plus.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor administrative tasks across departments within timelines.
• Maintain data entry and update CRM and internal records.
• Respond to customer and internal inquiries via email and chat.
• Coordinate scheduling and documentation to keep operations smooth.
• Ensure customer files and notes are well organized and accessible.
• Prepare clear customer-facing documents and reports.
• Identify issues or delays and escalate to the coordinator.
