Valatam is hiring a Logistics & Operations Assistant for a 100% remote, full-time position. You will support Operations, Billing, and Customer Communications, with a 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM PST schedule and a focus on data accuracy and timely delivery of tasks.

The role requires fluency in English and Spanish, 2–5 years in related roles, and proficiency with CRM/ERP, Google Workspace, and common PM tools. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish per role requirements.
• 2-5 years of experience in operations, admin support, or customer-facing roles.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with project management tools (Asana/Notion/Trello) a plus.
• Experience with CRM/ERP or order management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor administrative tasks across departments within established timelines.
• Maintain accurate data entry and update records in CRM and internal systems.
• Respond to customer and internal inquiries via email and chat professionally.
• Coordinate scheduling, follow-ups, and documentation to keep operations running smoothly.
• Ensure customer files and notes are organized and accessible at all times.
• Prepare clear, error-free customer-facing documentation and reports.
• Identify potential issues and elevate them to the appropriate coordinator.
• Other related tasks as needed.
