Property Leads is seeking a technically savvy, highly organized Technical Operations Specialist to manage day-to-day technical and operational needs as we scale. You will collaborate with the affiliate team, external partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns launch smoothly, integrations function properly, and processes run efficiently.

The role blends technical operations, partner tech operations, campaign execution, and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical operations, marketing operations, affiliate operations, or similar technical/execution-focused role.
• Strong ability to learn new platforms, troubleshoot integrations, and work with unfamiliar systems independently.
• Familiarity with performance marketing technologies, tracking platforms, APIs, pixels, or lead management systems is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational and technical setup of new partners, campaigns, and traffic sources to ensure launches are accurate and timely.
• Coordinate integrations, troubleshoot issues, and resolve technical/operational roadblocks with the affiliate team and external partners.
• Manage campaign configurations, tracking implementations, payout updates, and other technical adjustments across platforms.
• Identify bottlenecks, streamline approvals, and improve recurring workflows with SOPs and automation.
