SupportYourApp is seeking a Technical Support Consultant to join our global team. You will assist clients with secure access setup, configure MFA for VPNs, and troubleshoot connectivity across Windows, Linux, macOS, Android and iOS.

You will analyze network traffic and logs, advise on bandwidth and routing, and collaborate with clients and engineers to resolve issues, ensuring a smooth user experience. This fully remote role offers USD compensation and a multicultural, scalable environment.

Qualifikationen

• Strong networking knowledge including IPsec tunnels and firewalls.
• Experience with VPNs, routing, and split tunneling.
• Familiar with OpenVPN, IKEv2 and WireGuard.
• Able to read and analyze log files for troubleshooting.
• Comfort with Windows, Linux, macOS, Android and iOS.
• Analytical thinker with proactive attitude.
• Reliable home office setup with at least 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload.

Aufgaben

• Assist clients with secure private access setup and resource access.
• Configure and troubleshoot MFA for VPN and private access.
• Analyze network traffic to identify bottlenecks and improve performance.
• Advise on bandwidth allocation for VPN users to ensure reliability.
• Analyze log files to investigate issues and root causes.
• Provide cross-OS troubleshooting and technical guidance.
• Collaborate with clients and technical teams to resolve issues.
