Qualifications

• >7+ years in software development; 2+ years in tech leadership.
• >Proficient in modern languages: TypeScript, Python, Go, Java.
• >Strong system design, APIs, cloud infra (AWS/GCP).
• >Experience with data-driven apps or ML teams.
• >Advanced English proficiency.
• >Strong CS fundamentals: algorithms, data structures, distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor ML engineers; hire, coach, and develop top talent.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, ML, Design to deliver roadmaps.
• Write, review, and ship production-grade code as needed.
• Drive architectural decisions for scalable, high-performance systems.
• Oversee ML feature execution with data scientists and ML engineers.
