BairesDev is seeking a Senior Generative AI Engineer to lead the integration and evaluation of large language models for production-grade AI solutions. You will blend software engineering with generative AI, building scalable pipelines and robust back-end services, while ensuring security, performance, and maintainability.

Remote role with 100% flexibility, competitive USD compensation, and global collaboration with a Top 1% talent pool.

Competenze

5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Generative AI, or a related field.
Proven expertise in LLM integration, evaluation, and generative AI solutions.
Strong proficiency in advanced Python development, API development, or automation.
Solid hands-on experience with SQL, data handling, testing, and code quality.
Advanced proficiency in English.

Mansioni

Design and implement scalable pipelines for integrating large language models into enterprise software systems.
Develop and execute robust evaluation frameworks to systematically measure and optimize model performance in real-world scenarios.
Build clean, high-performance APIs and backend services using advanced development standards.
