CS Outsource is seeking an experienced Mortgage Virtual Assistant to support US-based mortgage brokers and loan officers remotely. You will manage loan files, gather borrower documentation, coordinate appraisals, and keep CRM/LOS updated.

The ideal candidate has hands-on US mortgage processing knowledge, strong organizational skills, and the ability to interact professionally with underwriters and title companies. Long-term remote opportunity.

Formación

• Must have direct mortgage or lending experience in a similar role.
• 3) Hands-on experience with US mortgage loan processing and closing procedures.
• 3) Experience with borrower documentation and underwriting conditions.
• 4) Ability to coordinate with underwriters, lenders, title companies, and other partners.

Responsabilidades

• Process and manage loan files from submission through closing
• Order, coordinate, and track appraisals
• Collect, review, and organize borrower documentation
• Follow up with borrowers regarding outstanding requirements
• Review and help clear underwriting conditions
• Communicate directly with underwriters, lenders, title companies, and other lending partners
• Track loan progress and maintain accurate records
• Update CRM/LOS systems with loan status and borrower information
• Assist loan officers with lead follow-up and cold calling when needed
• Support basic marketing and social media activities, when applicable
• Provide administrative and operational support to mortgage professionals
