Job summary

Entrepreneur Cooperative is looking for a hands-on Paid Media Specialist to own Meta Ads for ecommerce accounts end-to-end. This performance role requires daily in-platform work, clear explanations of actions and results, and a focus on ROAS and scalability.

You will manage budgets, run testing roadmaps, and collaborate with creative and analytics teams to improve conversion rates while maintaining reliable tracking and measurement hygiene.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Meta Ads experience for ecommerce accounts.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing and measurement.
• Excellent communication of decisions and results.
• Experience managing budgets and pacing across campaigns.
• Familiarity with GA4, Tag Manager and Shopify is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns for ecommerce.
• Manage budgets and pacing, balancing volume and efficiency.
• Create and maintain testing roadmaps for creatives and audiences.
• Analyze performance daily/weekly and report actions and impact.
• Collaborate with creative/CRO/analytics to improve conversions.
• Ensure reliable tracking (Pixel, CAPI, GA4, UTMs).
