Power Digital Marketing is seeking a hands-on Paid Media Specialist who can own Meta Ads for ecommerce accounts end‑to‑end, including prospecting, retargeting, and reporting.

You will manage budgets, optimize campaigns, and clearly explain what you did, why, and the results. This role is remote across LATAM with opportunities to scale campaigns to high budgets and deliver measurable ROAS.

Competenze

• 3+ years hands-on Meta Ads experience for ecommerce.
• Proven ecommerce performance with clear examples.
• Experience managing monthly Meta spend for a single account.
• Strong fundamentals in audience strategy and scaling.
• Clear English communication and decision explanations.

• Build, launch, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns for ecommerce.
• Manage budgets, pacing, and tradeoffs between volume and efficiency.
• Create and maintain testing roadmaps across creative/audiences/offers.
• Analyze performance and communicate actions and impacts.
