Power Digital Marketing seeks a hands-on Paid Media Specialist to own Meta Ads for ecommerce accounts end-to-end. You will launch and optimize campaigns daily, explain decisions with data, and drive metrics from prospecting to retargeting.

This is a remote LATAM-friendly role focused on performance, measurement hygiene, and scalable account structures. You will own budgets, testing roadmaps, and reporting, collaborating with creative and analytics to improve CTR, ROAS, and CPA while supporting

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years running Meta Ads hands-on
• Proven ecommerce performance experience
• Experience managing monthly spend on Meta for a single account
• Strong fundamentals: audience strategy, creative testing, structure, scaling
• Clear English communication: concise, structured, explains decisions

Aufgaben

• Build, launch, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns for ecommerce (prospecting, retargeting, DPA when relevant)
• Manage budgets and pacing; tradeoffs between volume and efficiency
• Create and maintain testing roadmaps and summarize learnings
• Analyze performance daily/weekly and communicate actions taken
• Partner with creative/CRO/analytics to improve conversion and post-click performance
• Ensure tracking and reporting are reliable (Pixel + CAPI, GA4 basics, UTMs)
