Job summary

Power Digital Marketing is seeking a hands-on Paid Media Specialist to own Meta Ads for ecommerce accounts end-to-end. This is a performance role, with daily platform work, campaign launches, and ongoing optimization.

You will build scalable account structures, manage budgets up to six figures monthly, and collaborate with creative and analytics to improve ROAS while maintaining clear, in-depth performance readouts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on Meta Ads experience.
• Proven ecommerce performance experience with real examples.
• Experience managing monthly Meta spend in one account.
• Strong fundamentals: audience strategy, testing, account structure, scaling.
• Clear English communication: concise, structured explanations.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and optimize Meta Ads for ecommerce (prospecting, retargeting, DPA).
• Manage budgets and pacing; balance volume vs efficiency.
• Create testing roadmaps (creative, audiences, offers, landing pages) and summarize learnings.
• Analyze performance daily/weekly and communicate actions taken (what changed, why, impact).
• Partner with creative/CRO/analytics to improve conversion rate and post-click performance.
• Ensure tracking and reporting are reliable (Pixel + CAPI, GA4 basics, UTMs).
