Adlatina Group in LATAM is seeking a hands-on Paid Media Specialist to own Meta Ads for ecommerce accounts end-to-end. You will launch, optimize, and clearly explain what you did, why, and the results you drove.

This role focuses on performance with daily in-platform work, budgets, testing, measurement hygiene, and collaboration with creative and analytics to improve ROAS and scale profitable campaigns.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on Meta Ads experience for ecommerce.
• Proven ecommerce performance with clear results.
• Experience managing monthly Meta spend in a single account.
• Strong audience strategy, testing, structure, scaling, and diagnosis.
• Clear English communication; concise, structured reasoning.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns for ecommerce.
• Manage budgets and pacing; balance volume vs efficiency.
• Create and maintain testing roadmaps; summarize learnings.
• Analyze performance daily/weekly; communicate actions and impact.
• Partner with creative/CRO/analytics to improve conversions.
• Ensure tracking and reporting are reliable (Pixel, CAPI, UTMs).
