Marketers by Adlatina is hiring a hands-on Paid Media Specialist to own Meta Ads for ecommerce accounts end-to-end. You’ll run campaigns daily, optimize for ROAS, and clearly explain your decisions and results to stakeholders.

The role emphasizes performance, not a CMO function, with 100% remote work and flexible hours. You’ll manage budgets, test creative and audiences, and drive scale for ecommerce brands.

Competenze

• 3+ years running Meta Ads hands-on with ecommerce experience.
• Experience managing monthly Meta budgets for a single account.
• Strong audience strategy, creative testing, and scaling methods.
• Clear, concise English communication and decision explanations.

• Build, launch, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns for ecommerce.
• Manage budgets and pacing; balance volume vs efficiency.
