Job summary

Power Digital Marketing in Argentina is seeking a hands-on Paid Media Specialist to own Meta Ads for ecommerce end-to-end. This role is focused on performance, with daily in-platform work and clear explanations of decisions and results.

You will build and optimize campaigns, manage budgets, develop testing roadmaps with creative, ensure reliable tracking (Pixel, CAPI, GA4), and collaborate with teams to scale brands toward $10M+ annual revenue.

Qualifications

• 3+ years running Meta Ads hands-on.
• Proven ecommerce performance experience.
• Experience managing monthly Meta spend for a single account.
• Strong fundamentals: audience strategy, creative testing, account structure, scaling.
• Clear English communication.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns for ecommerce.
• Manage budgets and pacing; make tradeoffs between volume and efficiency.
• Create and maintain testing roadmaps (creative, audiences, offers, landing pages).
• Analyze performance daily/weekly and communicate actions taken.
• Partner with creative/CRO/analytics to improve conversions.
• Ensure tracking and reporting are reliable (Pixel + CAPI, GA4 basics, UTMs).
