EY Global Delivery Services in Buenos Aires is seeking a Microsoft Teams Junior Technical Lead to join the Enterprise Technology team. The role focuses on technical ownership of the Microsoft Teams platform across global baselines, policy governance, feature enablement, onboarding and federation, plus exposure to Exchange Online and Outlook triage.

Ideal candidates have strong Teams administration skills, experience with Entra ID and Graph permissions, and a background in PowerShell tasks.

Formación

• Bachelor or Masters degree in Information Technology, Business.
• Approximately 3 years of experience in a comparable technical role.
• Experience with Microsoft cloud services and Office 365 tenants.

Responsabilidades

• Support global Teams policy lifecycle and governance.
• Assist Teams provisioning and policy enforcement.
• Coordinate feature enablement and rollout readiness with engineering.
• Provide secondary support for Exchange Online operations.
