AgileEngine is seeking a Marketing QA Analyst to review and validate outbound email campaigns before they reach customers. You will verify content, subject lines, personalization, and dynamic elements to ensure accuracy and brand alignment.

The role emphasizes strong analytical skills, attention to data quality, and collaboration with Marketing Ops and Development to log defects and improve QA practices across campaigns.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in QA, marketing operations, or digital campaign review.
• Experience with email marketing platforms and QA workflows.
• Strong analytical eye for data, copy, and configuration discrepancies.
• Understanding audience segmentation, targeting logic, and suppression requirements.
• Methodical, process-oriented, and checklist-driven.
• Clear communicator with ability to escalate risks.

Responsabilidades

• Review outbound campaigns before deployment (content, subject, personalization).
• Verify audience targeting, segmentation, and suppression lists.
• Validate merge tags and personalization content rendering.
• Check links, UTM parameters, and redirects.
• Validate send settings, throttling, scheduling, and from address.
• Ensure campaigns meet brand, legal, and messaging standards.
• Log defects and coordinate with Development for resolution.
• Own QA gates in deployment workflow.
• Review post-launch issues and update QA docs.
