Qualifications

• 2+ years in QA, marketing operations, or digital campaign review.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms and QA workflows.
• Strong analytical eye to catch data, copy, and configuration discrepancies.
• Understanding of audience segmentation, targeting logic, and suppression requirements.
• Methodical, process‑oriented approach with checklists and standards.
• Clear communicator capable of precise defect description and risk escalation.

Responsibilities

• Review outbound campaigns prior to deployment: content, subject lines, personalization, dynamic elements.
• Verify audience targeting, segmentation, and suppression lists against specs.
• Validate merge tags and personalization fields render correctly for audiences.
• Check all links, UTM parameters, and redirects for accuracy.
• Validate platform configuration: send settings, throttling, scheduling, from name/address.
• Assess campaigns for brand, legal, and compliance requirements.
• Log and communicate defects to Development for resolution.
• Own QA sign-off gates in deployment workflow; campaigns do not deploy without QA clearance.
• Review and feed QA findings into frameworks and checklists.
• Maintain and improve QA documentation and testing standards over time.
