AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Marketing QA Analyst to review and validate outbound email campaigns before they reach customers. You will ensure content, subject lines, personalization, and dynamic elements meet standards and target audiences accurately.

The role requires at least 2 years in QA, marketing operations, or digital campaign review, plus familiarity with email marketing platforms and QA workflows. Flexible remote/office options supported.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in QA, marketing operations, or digital campaign review.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms and QA workflows.

Aufgaben

• Review outbound campaigns prior to deployment including content, subject lines, personalization, and dynamic elements.
• Verify audience targeting, segmentation, and suppression lists against specifications.
• Validate data integrity, merge tags, and offer content rendering for correct audiences.
• Check links, UTM parameters, and redirect destinations for accuracy.
• Validate platform configuration: send settings, throttling, scheduling, from name/address.
• Assess campaigns against brand, legal/compliance, and messaging strategy.
• Log defects in QA system and communicate with Development for resolution.
• Own QA sign-off gates in deployment workflow.
• Review post-launch issues and improve QA checklists and standards.
