AgileEngine is seeking a Marketing QA Analyst in Rosario to review outbound email campaigns before they launch, ensuring content accuracy, proper personalization, and alignment with campaign specs.

You will verify audience targeting, data integrity, and links, and collaborate with Development to resolve defects using checklists and formal QA processes. This role offers flextime with remote/office options and exposure to Fortune 500 brands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of QA, marketing operations, or campaign review experience.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms and QA workflows.
• Strong analytical eye to catch data, copy, and configuration discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate all outbound campaigns before deployment; content, subject lines, personalization, and dynamic elements.
• Verify audience targeting, segmentation, and suppression lists against specs.
• Confirm data integrity; render of merge tags and personalization fields for correct audiences.
• Check links, UTM parameters, and redirect destinations for accuracy.
• Validate platform configuration: send settings, throttling, scheduling, from name/address.
• Assess campaigns against brand, legal, and messaging strategy.
• Log defects in QA system; communicate findings to Development for resolution.
• Own QA sign-off gates in deployment workflow; campaigns deploy only with QA clearance.
• Review post-launch quality issues and feed findings into QA frameworks.
• Maintain and improve QA docs, checklists, and testing standards.
