LearnTastic is seeking a Marketing Generalist to handle day-to-day marketing tasks and support strategic initiatives. You will jump between updating pages, building Salesforce campaigns, pulling analytics, and producing polished design assets in a fast-paced, remote environment.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of hands-on marketing experience and a strong eye for detail, with solid WordPress, Salesforce MCAE / Pardot, and Adobe Creative Suite skills.

Formación

• 1–3 years of marketing experience (internships count).
• Hands-on experience editing websites in WordPress.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM and Salesforce MCAE / Pardot.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong PowerPoint skills—building clean, on-brand decks.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Ads.
• Understanding of core marketing principles: campaigns, segmentation, content strategy, basic SEO.
• Strong attention to detail and ability manage multiple projects.

Responsabilidades

• Make routine updates and edits to company websites in WordPress.
• Support email marketing and campaign execution using Salesforce MCAE / Pardot.
• Manage and update records, leads, and campaign data within Salesforce CRM.
• Design marketing collateral using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Build and format PowerPoint presentations for sales and leadership.
• Monitor and report on website and campaign performance using Google Analytics.
• Assist with paid digital campaigns (Google Ads) including setup and reporting.
• Support broader marketing functions and align with business goals.
• Collaborate with sales and other departments to drive marketing impact.
• Social Media Posting and Monitoring.
