Sur, a fast-growing marketing team, seeks a Graphic Designer to power visual content from digital ads to brochures, slide decks, and campaign assets. You will collaborate with the marketing team to translate brand guidelines into multiple formats with a strong focus on digital design.

This remote LATAM-based role emphasizes initiative and versatility, seeking a designer who moves quickly, communicates clearly in English, and brings a strong portfolio to the table.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Figma and/or Canva.
• Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and layout.
• Basic knowledge of print production standards (bleed, CMYK).
• Excellent communication skills and strong English proficiency.
• Based in LATAM.

Responsabilidades

• Design digital ad creative for social media and paid campaigns.
• Create marketing collateral such as brochures, playbooks, and testimonials.
• Build slide decks for internal and client-facing presentations.
• Support print materials, ensuring production-ready files (bleed, resolution, color mode).
• Apply and maintain brand guidelines across all deliverables.
• Manage multiple design requests with deadlines and shifting priorities.
• Bring creative ideas and design recommendations to the table.
