SafeStays International, a division of The One Properties, is hiring a remote sales professional based in Buenos Aires to generate and convert leads for luxury properties across Madrid, Lugano, Milan, and Miami. You will manage the full sales cycle, build international client relationships, and drive upsell and repeat business.

The role requires English and Spanish, with French or Italian as a plus, and offers exposure to a multinational luxury portfolio.

Formación

• Proven experience in sales within luxury sectors (hospitality, real estate, travel, or premium services).
• Strong lead generation, sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience with international or high-value clientele is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Generate, manage, and convert incoming leads into sales opportunities.
• Proactively follow up with prospects and maintain a sales pipeline.
• Present and promote SafeStays' luxury properties and services.
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate property solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with international clients, owners, and partners.
• Drive upselling, cross-selling, repeat business, and client retention.
• Handle negotiations and support clients through the closing process.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity.
