Qualifications

Extensive accounting experience with US accounting and tax exposure.
Able to review complex tax and accounting inquiries and customer-facing issues.
Strong English written and verbal communication; capable of explaining complex topics to non-technical customers.

Responsibilities

Provide Level 2 support for complex US accounting, tax, bookkeeping, and payroll inquiries.
Investigate and resolve escalated tickets and tax support issues.
Review and troubleshoot bookkeeping discrepancies, reconciliations, and transactions.
Assist customers with tax notices, filing status, and tax return questions within scope.
Support payroll questions, setup, processing issues, and troubleshooting.
Document resolutions and maintain accurate customer records; identify recurring issues and improve workflows.
