The role emphasizes technical accounting judgment, independent problem-solving, and clear communication with customers. The position is remote from Argentina with coverage hours aligned to 8:00 AM–8:00 PM ET and overlapping US business hours.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated professional accounting experience, ideally with exposure to US accounting and taxation.
• Strong working knowledge of bookkeeping, tax return review, reconciliations, payroll, and financial reporting.
• Experience handling complex tax and accounting inquiries and customer-facing financial support.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 support for complex US accounting, tax, bookkeeping, and payroll inquiries.
• Investigate and resolve escalated accounting and tax tickets; troubleshoot discrepancies and transactions.
• Assist customers with tax-related questions, notices, and filing status questions.
• Support payroll questions, setup, processing issues, and troubleshooting.
• Document resolutions and maintain accurate customer records.
