Hire Hangar, Inc. is seeking an experienced Level 2 Tax & Accounting Support Specialist to provide specialized Level 2 support for US accounting, tax, bookkeeping, and payroll from a remote Argentina-based team.

The role requires genuine technical accounting judgment, the ability to investigate and resolve complex issues, and excellence in English communication. You will handle escalated tickets, document resolutions, and collaborate with internal specialists as needed.

Qualifications

• Professional accounting experience with US accounting and taxation.
• Experience handling complex tax and accounting inquiries and notices.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to work across US business hours and ET coverage.
• Experience with payroll, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 support for complex US accounting, tax, bookkeeping, and payroll inquiries.
• Investigate escalated tickets, resolve discrepancies, and document resolutions.
• Explain tax and accounting topics clearly to customers.
• Coordinate with internal specialists when needed and maintain records.
• Adapt to new platforms and AI-assisted workflows.
