Assetara Limited is expanding its global outreach team and seeks beings with outbound calling experience and a strong crypto/finance network. The role focuses on sourcing, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings while using Zoho CRM to track activities.

Candidates should be self-motivated, comfortable with commissions, and able to work remotely in a fast-paced fintech environment. English fluency is mandatory, with additional languages a plus.

Formación

• Fluent English is mandatory with clear diction and confident phone presence.
• Experience in outbound call centers, cold calling, or telemarketing (crypto/finance a plus).
• Ability to independently source potential client contacts from social media/online networks.
• Familiarity with Zoho CRM or similar CRM systems; reliable remote work setup.

Responsabilidades

• Outbound sourcing from open sources and social networks.
• Conduct high-volume outbound calling campaigns to engage global prospects.
• Qualify leads, present Assetara's product ecosystem, and book meetings/registrations.
• Log all interactions in Zoho CRM daily with accurate statuses.
• Share personalized registration links via WhatsApp or messengers for attribution.
• Meet KPI targets, aiming for 300 valid 1-minute conversations per month.
