You research roles, craft personalized messages, post roles, review applicants, and maintain a strong pipeline. No recruiting experience is required; you’ll be mentored and gain hands-on tools.

Responsibilities

• Research each role to identify the ideal candidate and sourcing channels.
• Write personalized outreach and test subject lines to lift replies.
• Post and promote roles so the right people see them.
• Review applicants and shortlist candidates to talk with.
• Keep the candidate pipeline organized and follow up so no good candidate goes cold.
• Use AI and sourcing tools to handle high volume with personal touch.
• Track performance and adapt approach based on results.
