IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for a remote LATAM role. You will partner with project and clinical leads to deliver studies on time, within budget, and per contract, following IQVIA SOPs and regulatory standards.

You will lead the Centralized Monitoring team, oversee clinical deliverables, manage resources, and help shape analytics, RBM strategies, and monitoring plans while ensuring audit-ready documentation and strong English communication.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of remote or on-site clinical monitoring experience with ICH GCP.
• +2 years in a Lead role managing clinical teams.
• Advanced knowledge of clinical trial conduct and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent English communications and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong organizational and decision-making skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables per protocol and SOPs.
• Act as Unblinded Clinical Lead and manage IP and risk mitigation.
• Manage project resources including CRAs and monitors.
• Monitor study metrics and develop action plans; support RBM tools.
• Attend study and client meetings and contribute to analytics strategy.
• Ensure documentation is audit-ready and mentor junior staff.
