IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead in LATAM with remote work options. You will partner with project and clinical leads to drive delivery, optimize speed and quality while controlling costs.

The role requires leading the monitoring team across global projects and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in clinical monitoring, 2+ years in a lead role, and strong English communication.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (as remote or on site CRA). Advanced knowledge of clinical trial conduct and regulatory requirements (ICH GCP).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Strong written and verbal English (Mandatory).
• Excellent motivational, influencing, negotiating and coaching skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and partner with project/clinical leads to oversee global deliverables.
• Unblinded Clinical Lead responsibilities including IP management and mitigation planning.
• May act as Clinical Lead when needed and manage project resources.
• Monitor study/site metrics, trends, and action plans; ensure RBM tools and templates are used.
