Universidad De San Andrés seeks a Centralized Monitoring Lead to guide the global Centralized Monitoring team, partnering with project and clinical leads to meet contract objectives while optimizing speed, quality and cost. The role supports project monitoring across LATAM in a fully remote setting.

The ideal candidate has a life sciences background with 3+ years in clinical monitoring, 2+ years in a lead role, and strong English communication.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on site CRA).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including advanced command of English (Mandatory).
• Strong organizational, problem solving and decision making skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables across global projects.
• Act as Unblinded Clinical Lead and manage IP, risk and mitigation plans.
• Manage project resources (CRAs, Central Monitors, CTAs, Centralized Monitoring Assistants).
• Develop monitoring strategies, triggers/thresholds and analytics.
• Ensure documentation and eTMF readiness; mentor junior staff.
