Kelly is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM, remote. You will lead the Centralized Monitoring team across global projects, ensuring adherence to protocol, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines, while optimizing speed, quality, and cost.

Ideal candidates have a life sciences degree, 3+ years remote or on-site clinical monitoring, 2+ years in a lead role, and excellent English. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site CRA).
• 2+ years in a Lead role.
• Advanced knowledge of ICH GCP and local regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team across global projects while ensuring protocol/adherence.
• Oversee IP management, risk identification, and mitigation strategies.
• Develop monitoring strategies and RBM tools, and ensure audit-ready documentation.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate with project leadership and sponsors.
