In-Vr is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead in LATAM for a remote role to drive delivery of clinical monitoring activities across globally assigned projects, in line with contract objectives. You will lead the Centralized Monitoring team, partner with project and clinical leads, manage resources, monitor study metrics, and escalate issues to ensure quality and compliance.

The role requires a life sciences degree, 3+ years in clinical monitoring with 2+ years in a lead role, and strong English

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on site CRA).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including advanced English (Mandatory).
• Strong organizational, problem solving and decision making skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team across global projects.
• Partner with the project and clinical lead to ensure delivery per contract and SOPs.
• Monitor study/site metrics, trends and risk mitigation.
• Mentor or coach junior staff and support continuous process improvements.
• Ensure complete documentation and audit readiness (eTMF oversight).
