Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead to drive the global monitoring strategy across LATAM regions. This role partners with project and clinical leads to ensure timely delivery, quality, and cost control in line with IQVIA SOPs.

The successful candidate will oversee a remote team of CRAs and central monitors, guide analytics development, and manage study risk while ensuring compliant study management plans and eTMF readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Strong written and verbal English (Mandatory).
• Strong organizational, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables per protocol and SOPs.
• Serve as Unblinded Clinical Lead; manage IP and mitigate risks.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate resources across global projects.
• Monitor study/site metrics, perform trend analysis and act on findings.
• Develop monitoring strategies and RBM tools; ensure audit-ready documentation.
