Job summary

Pearster is seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Solution Architect / Pre-Sales Architect to support a strategic LATAM engagement from LATAM with remote Chile business hours.

You will lead architectural assessments, discovery sessions, and data landscape analysis to determine what can be migrated or integrated within Salesforce, including Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Health Cloud considerations, and translate findings into actionable requirements.

Qualifications

• Extensive senior-level experience as a Salesforce Architect or similar role.
• Experience leading discovery sessions and architectural assessments.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions.
• Strong experience with RFP/RFI processes and vendor evaluation.
• Latam resident with Spanish language proficiency for client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical and architectural assessment of client ecosystem.
• Conduct discovery sessions with business and technical stakeholders.
• Define high-level Salesforce solution and data architecture recommendations.
• Contribute to RFP construction and vendor evaluation.
• Act as trusted technical advisor to client teams.
