Job summary

Pearster is seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Solution Architect / Pre-Sales Architect to lead a 2-month remote engagement for a Chilean healthcare client. Based in LATAM, you will assess current systems, data landscape, integrations, and architecture, and define what can be migrated to Salesforce.

You will conduct discovery sessions, translate findings into technical requirements, contribute to an RFP, and work with stakeholders across business and IT.

Qualifications

• Latam resident fluent in Spanish; English not required for this role.
• Extensive senior-level Salesforce Architecture experience in pre-sales contexts.
• Strong track record leading assessments, discovery phases and solution design.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud, its data model and integrations.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Health Cloud is desirable.
• Excellent stakeholder-facing and consultative communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical and architectural assessment of the client’s ecosystem.
• Conduct discovery sessions with business and technical stakeholders.
• Evaluate data landscape and determine what should be Salesforce-native.
• Identify constraints, dependencies, integration needs, and risks.
• Assess Salesforce Data Cloud architecture, ingestion, and integration.
• Explore potential use of Marketing Cloud and Health Cloud.
• Define high-level Salesforce solution and data-architecture recommendations.
• Draft requirements and recommendations to guide the RFP.
• Collaborate with business, data, and leadership throughout the assessment.
