Job summary

AIDA projektai, MB is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our LATAM Salesforce CoE. You will oversee configurations, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive optimization across deployments and security.

You should have 4+ years of experience with Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud, or Service Cloud, and be adept at data migrations, cross-object automation, and mentoring junior admins. This is a LATAM remote engagement.

Qualifications

• Senior Salesforce Administrator with 4+ years of experience and certifications in Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud, or Service Cloud.
• Experience in managing advanced flows, multi-step cross-object automation, and error handling.
• Proficient in troubleshooting complex system issues and reviewing Apex code.
• Skilled in data management, including large-scale data migrations and integrations.
• Knowledge of Salesforce security best practices, including SSO, MFA, and encryption.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize Salesforce configurations and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Manage deployment processes using Change Sets, Git, and Copado.
• Mentor junior and mid-level administrators.
• Create detailed technical documentation for Salesforce configurations and processes.
• Collaborate with clients to align Salesforce solutions with business objectives.
