Zusammenfassung

Prometeo Talent is seeking an Affiliate Manager to expand LATAM partnerships for an international iGaming client. You will identify and onboard affiliates, negotiate CPA/RevShare, monitor performance, and collaborate with marketing/analytics to maximize ROI.

The role is fully remote, leveraging an international environment; fluency in English is required, and Spanish or Portuguese is highly valued for LATAM engagement.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5+ years in Affiliate Management, preferably within iGaming or performance marketing.
• Strong LATAM market experience and a network of active affiliates.
• English proficiency; Spanish or Portuguese preferred.

Aufgaben

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new LATAM affiliate partners.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with affiliates and media partners.
• Negotiate CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid deal structures.
• Monitor performance metrics (FTD, NGR, retention, traffic quality).
• Collaborate with marketing and analytics to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.
• Support affiliates with promotional strategies and optimization.
• Ensure affiliates comply with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare regular performance reports for internal stakeholders.
