IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM with remote work options across Argentina, Mexico, Chile, Peru, Brazil and more. You will oversee the Centralized Monitoring team, ensuring delivery quality, speed, and cost control in line with IQVIA SOPs.

You will lead risks, coordinate with project and clinical leads, manage resources, and mentor junior staff while operating across multiple global projects and regulatory frameworks.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site).
• Advanced knowledge of clinical trial conduct and regulatory requirements (ICH GCP and local laws).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Strong English communication (mandatory).
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee global clinical deliverables.
• Manage resources (CRAs, Central Monitors, CTAs, Centralized Monitoring Assistants).
• Develop and implement monitoring strategy with triggers/thresholds.
• Analyze study/site metrics and contribute to RBM analytics.
• Mentor junior staff and participate in client/study meetings.
