Trellix is seeking a Sr Benefits Analyst to lead LATAM benefits design, implementation, and administration in a remote LATAM setting. You will manage renewals, work with brokers, and drive benefits communications and compliance across multiple countries.

The role requires 7+ years in benefits, strong analytics, and hands-on experience with HRIS (Workday) and Excel/Sheets. This position offers international scope and a comprehensive Total Rewards approach within a dynamic cybersecurity

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years in benefits administration and strategy, with LATAM or international scope.
• Proven track record designing and rolling out corporate benefits.
• Strong analytical skills for billing reconciliation, cost projections, and budgeting.
• Proficient in HRIS platforms (Workday) and advanced Excel/Google Sheets.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the strategic design, implementation, and day-to-day administration of all LATAM employee benefits programs.
• Manage annual LATAM benefits renewals with local brokers and vendors.
• Develop clear communications to increase awareness and utilization of regional benefits.
• Propose strategic enhancements to stay competitive and compliant in local markets.
• Oversee benefits-related financial operations, including reconciliation and invoicing.
