Trellix is a global cybersecurity leader seeking an experienced Senior Benefits Analyst to design, administer, and continuously improve LATAM benefits and Total Rewards programs. The role blends strategic design with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, multinational environment.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in benefits, strong analytics, and proficiency in Workday and Excel; bilingual English and Spanish with Portuguese helpful.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years in benefits administration/strategy, LATAM or international scope.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design and administration of LATAM benefits programs.
• Manage annual LATAM benefits renewal with brokers/vendors.
• Develop benefits communications to improve awareness and utilization.
• Propose enhancements to stay competitive and compliant locally.
• Oversee benefits financial operations including reconciliation and invoicing.
