We’re seeking a senior HR leader to build and scale high-performing teams across a global, tech-driven organization.

You will own the employee lifecycle, partner with leadership, and drive organizational design, development, and retention in a fast-growing environment. English fluency is essential.

Formación

• 5+ years in senior HR leadership roles in dynamic, fast-growth environments.
• Strong experience partnering with functional leaders to influence strategic decisions.
• Hands-on expertise across performance management, workforce planning, talent development, and org design.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full employee lifecycle: diagnose hiring needs, onboarding, development and retention.
• Partner with leaders as a trusted advisor to align people decisions with business objectives.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Total Rewards to align hiring priorities and capacity.
• Ensure clear hiring processes with defined scorecards, levels, and job descriptions for every role.
• Lead onboarding experiences and drive effective integration into the business culture.
• Oversee performance management, reviews, calibrations, and succession planning.
• Drive development plans (IDPs) and performance improvement plans (PIPs).
• Lead organizational structure reviews to enable scale and agility.
• Deliver transformational initiatives tied to growth and operational excellence.
• Analyze ENPS and engagement data to improve retention and motivation.
• Coordinate with Learning & Development to close skill gaps and run training programs.
• Provide coaching to leaders and employees to improve performance and collaboration.
• Ensure policy compliance and consistent people processes across the department.
• Collaborate with PMO, Process, and Audit Excellence to strengthen leadership routines.
