Job summary

Prometeo Talent is seeking an Affiliate Manager to lead LATAM affiliate partnerships for a growing international iGaming project. You will recruit and manage affiliates, negotiate performance-based deals, and optimize campaigns to drive sustainable growth.

The role requires 3–5+ years in affiliate management, strong LATAM knowledge, and exceptional relationship-building skills. Remote work within an international environment with competitive commissions and annual leave is offered.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in Affiliate Management, ideally within iGaming or performance marketing.
• Experience working with LATAM markets and affiliate networks.
• Strong understanding of affiliate KPIs and performance modeling.
• Ability to negotiate, manage partnerships, and drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners across LATAM.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with affiliates and media partners.
• Negotiate CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid deals and monitor performance metrics.
• Collaborate with marketing/analytics to optimize campaigns and ROI.
• Prepare performance reports for internal stakeholders.
