Job summary

Prometeo Talent is seeking an Affiliate Manager to expand and scale partnerships across LATAM for an international iGaming project. You will recruit affiliates, negotiate deals, and optimize performance with marketing and analytics teams.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in affiliate management, strong LATAM know-how, and a network of active affiliates. This fully remote role offers commissions and a pathway to growth within a global environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in Affiliate Management, ideally in iGaming or performance marketing.
• Proven network or portfolio of active LATAM affiliates.
• Fluent English; Spanish or Portuguese often preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners across LATAM markets
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with affiliates and media partners
• Negotiate and manage CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid partnership agreements
• Monitor affiliate performance using metrics like FTDs, NGR, retention, and traffic quality
• Collaborate with marketing and analytics teams to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI
• Support affiliates with promotional strategies and campaign optimization
• Ensure affiliates comply with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements
• Prepare regular performance reports and insights for internal stakeholders
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape

Affiliate Manager

As part of a growing international project within the iGaming industry, we are looking for a Affiliate Manager to help expand and strengthen affiliate partnerships across Latin America.

The Opportunity

Affiliate partnerships play a key role in driving growth across digital products and platforms. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building, managing, and scaling affiliate relationships across LATAM, working closely with internal teams to ensure performance, quality traffic, and sustainable long-term growth.

This position is ideal for someone who already understands the affiliate ecosystem in Latin America, has experience working with performance-based partnerships, and enjoys developing strategic relationships with affiliates and media partners.

What you’ll be doing

What we’re looking for

• 3-5+ years of experience in Affiliate Management, ideally within iGaming, sportsbook, betting, or performance marketing environments
• Solid experience working with LATAM markets
• Existing network or portfolio of active affiliates (SEO affiliates, influencers, media buyers, or traffic partners)
• Strong understanding of affiliate performance models and KPIs
• Experience with affiliate platforms such as NetRefer, Affilka, MyAffiliates, or similar tools
• Ability to manage partnerships, negotiate deals, and drive performance-based growth
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Professional working proficiency in English
• Spanish or Portuguese as native language is highly preferred
