Job summary

Prometeo Talent is partnering with an international digital services company to recruit an Affiliate Manager to expand LATAM affiliate partnerships in the iGaming space. This fully remote role focuses on performance-based growth across LATAM markets.

You will recruit, onboard, negotiate CPA/RevShare/Hybrid deals, monitor performance, and work with marketing and analytics teams to maximize ROI. A strong network of LATAM affiliates is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in Affiliate Management, ideally in iGaming or performance marketing.
• Strong network of LATAM affiliates and media partners.
• Experience with CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid models.
• Proven ability to drive performance and growth.

Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new LATAM affiliate partners.
• Maintain strong relationships with affiliates and media partners.
• Negotiate CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid deals and monitor outcomes.
• Analyze KPI trends (FTD, NGR, retention, traffic quality) and optimize campaigns.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Analytics to maximize ROI.
• Support affiliates with promotional strategies and assets.
• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and regulations.
• Prepare regular performance reports for stakeholders.

Affiliate Manager

As part of a growing international project within the iGaming industry, we are looking for a Affiliate Manager to help expand and strengthen affiliate partnerships across Latin America.

The Opportunity

Affiliate partnerships play a key role in driving growth across digital products and platforms. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building, managing, and scaling affiliate relationships across LATAM, working closely with internal teams to ensure performance, quality traffic, and sustainable long-term growth.

This position is ideal for someone who already understands the affiliate ecosystem in Latin America, has experience working with performance-based partnerships, and enjoys developing strategic relationships with affiliates and media partners.

What you’ll be doing

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners across LATAM markets
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with affiliates and media partners
• Negotiate and manage CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid partnership agreements
• Monitor affiliate performance, focusing on metrics such as FTDs, NGR, retention, and traffic quality
• Work closely with marketing and analytics teams to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI
• Support affiliates with promotional strategies and campaign optimization
• Ensure affiliates operate in line with brand guidelines and compliance requirements
• Prepare regular performance reports and insights for internal stakeholders

What we’re looking for

• 3-5+ years of experience in Affiliate Management, ideally within iGaming, sportsbook, betting, or performance marketing environments
• Solid experience working with LATAM markets
• Existing network or portfolio of active affiliates (SEO affiliates, influencers, media buyers, or traffic partners)
• Strong understanding of affiliate performance models and KPIs
• Experience with affiliate platforms such as NetRefer, Affilka, MyAffiliates, or similar tools
• Ability to manage partnerships, negotiate deals, and drive performance-based growth
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Professional working proficiency in English
• Spanish or Portuguese as native language is highly preferred
