AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a MuleSoft Developer to own the Java/MuleSoft integration layer connecting Salesforce Service Cloud with upstream and downstream systems. You will build and maintain API integrations, manage data synchronization, and support case workflows in production.

You'll participate in on-call rotations, triage incidents, and collaborate across engineering and DevOps to keep integrations healthy and deliver reliable experiences for Fortune 500 clients.

Formación

• 3-5 years of experience as a software developer.
• Experience with Java.
• Experience with MuleSoft.
• Enterprise integration/middleware experience.
• Production troubleshooting and incident support experience.

Responsabilidades

• Own and maintain the Java/MuleSoft integration layer connecting Salesforce Service Cloud to upstream and downstream systems that support the Case object lifecycle.
• Contribute to engineering efforts across internals daemons and MuleSoft capabilities, focusing on the integration layer.
• Support stakeholders and their reps in Service Cloud, partnering with internal teams on integration issues affecting Cases and workflows.
• Diagnose and resolve API/integration failures impacting downstream Salesforce Service Cloud processes.
• Participate in the DFR rotation and Ops Review process as a core responsibility.
• Triage critical alerts related to integration/API health and monitor platform health KPIs for MuleSoft/Java services.
• Keep sprint data current and document findings in Confluence; maintain transparency via tickets, standups, and Slack.
