Job summary

Paired is seeking a hands-on Technical Operations Engineer to blend technical support, automation, and QA. You will troubleshoot issues across business systems, identify root causes, build automations, and ensure data and workflows remain reliable.

Key responsibilities include debugging CRM integrations (GoHighLevel), APIs, and databases, plus developing automated QA workflows. You will use SQL and MongoDB to investigate data issues and create dashboards for non-technical teams.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate strong root-cause analysis and problem solving.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication for non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to own technical issues from investigation through resolution.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot issues reported by non-technical teams.
• Investigate data discrepancies, integration failures, and broken automations.
• Troubleshoot CRMs, APIs, webhooks, integrations, logs, and databases (GoHighLevel).
• Build and maintain automated QA/testing workflows.
• Use SQL and MongoDB to investigate and resolve data issues.
• Identify recurring problems and implement fixes to prevent them.
• Build simple dashboards and reports for non-technical teams.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate troubleshooting and automation.
