Job summary

Huzzle is seeking an AI & Automation Specialist to design, build, and scale intelligent systems powering internal ops and client success. You’ll architect automation workflows, integrate tools across stacks, and translate complex systems into actionable solutions for fast-paced environments.

You will collaborate with founders and stakeholders to deliver high-impact automation, CRM developments, and client-ready AI workflows, while maintaining scalable, robust infrastructure for global teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building automation workflows and CRM systems in real business settings.
• Expert-level proficiency in GoHighLevel (GHL).
• Strong experience with automation tools such as n8n, Make, or Zapier.
• Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks, and systems integration.
• Experience connecting CRMs with email, payments, calendars and other tools.
• Familiarity with data tools like Airtable or Google Sheets.
• Experience implementing AI workflows into business processes.
• Excellent technical documentation and client-facing communication.
• Fluent English (written and verbal).
• Experience working directly with clients or stakeholders.

Responsibilities
