Expanish is seeking an Inbound Sales Representative (Program Advisor) to be the first contact for aspiring students worldwide. You will guide prospects from initial contact to enrollment, closing deals as part of a professional sales team.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, cross-border collaboration, and a focus on converting inquiries into enrollments across multiple markets and schools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in B2C sales, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Connect with leads: respond to inbound inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, video calls, and webinars.
• Engage and advise: understand student needs and guide toward the right Expanish program.
• Sell with impact: send quotes, follow up, and close enrollments to hit monthly and quarterly targets.
• Ensure smooth enrollment: handle payments and handoff to Admissions.
• Collaborate globally: work with colleagues across Argentina, Spain, and Brazil.
