Job summary

Anyone AI is seeking an Admissions Advisor to guide prospective fellows from initial application through enrollment in a fully remote role. You will assess fit, explain the program’s value, and help qualified applicants decide to enroll, with the aim of enrolling motivated candidates ready to pursue global opportunities.

The role requires fluent English and Spanish, a working understanding of software development terms, and the ability to manage inbound leads, follow-ups, and CRM records.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in consultative sales, recruitment, admissions, enrollment advising, or a comparable role.

Responsibilities

• Own admissions pipeline: review inbound applications, qualify leads, and move opportunities forward.
• Connect with qualified applicants via WhatsApp, email, and other channels to schedule interviews.
• Lead admissions interviews via Zoom to assess background, goals, English proficiency, and availability.
• Assess readiness to meet program demands and pursue global opportunities.
• Discuss software development experience and AI learning goals in technical terms with candidates.
• Explain the Fellowship’s value by linking curriculum, learning experience, and career support to applicant needs.
• Clarify contract and payment terms and ensure understanding before enrollment.
• Handle objections and close enrollments with empathy and clarity.
• Coordinate candidate assessments with academic and career teams as needed.
• Maintain CRM records of qualification decisions, interview notes, and enrollment status.
• Improve admissions process by sharing insights with Marketing and other teams.
